Young people always need support and empowerment so that they can start making their future and contribute to effectively building society and since young girls are the least fortunate to have access to empowerment opportunities, Zenobia worked within its Project Houses for Peace in the first months of 2020, to implement several training workshops on (gender, human rights, active citizenship, peace-building) focused on attracting young girls with the aim of creating community influences and women’s leadership models that believe in the message of peace and peaceful coexistence. Not that Zenobia is not oblivious to the role of men and seeks to involve him in its upcoming activities and believes that men are a positive partner and an effective supporter of women.
