In collaboration with the Peacebuilders team and the youth volunteer teams of the Zenobia Association, the “She Plants Peace” initiative was implemented in the Al-Bab area in northern Syria. The initiative aimed to combat desertification and raise environmental awareness. As a result, 1,100 trees were planted to improve the local environment and promote civil peace by maintaining a healthy and sustainable environment. The initiative also strengthened cooperation with relevant stakeholders in the region and enhanced community integration by involving youth in the preservation of nature.
